Our Story
OnMetrix was founded by Issy Hayes, a Chartered Accountant with a passion for data, and a wider team with extensive experience across global markets.
Recognising the untapped potential in data, Issy established OnMetrix to empower businesses by turning raw data into actionable insights that drive growth and success.
With a focus on transforming complex data into clear, visualised results, OnMetrix helps businesses of all sizes and industries thrive in a competitive landscape.

Founder
I started out as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP where I became fascinated with the level of data businesses had but were not utilising.
My first role in industry was doing just that, an Analytics manager at AO.com. I worked with a vast level of data at AO, from Email campaigns, to delivery capacity optimisation, European pricing strategies to promotion performance.
I brought that information into my role at ArrowXL as Head of Financial Planning and Analytics. That is where I enjoyed working on projects and wanted to apply these learnings and projects to a wider number of businesses, so OnMetrix was born.
Since then I have worked with a vast array of businesses, different reporting constraints, different data sources and different outcomes.
But all backed by Chartered Accounting knowledge, a passion for automation and Power BI and a strong sense of making things easy and manageable for teams, having been one of them before.
